Would You Wear Women's Clothes Every Day?

That question makes about as much sense as asking if you'd eat one meal every day — and there's no such thing as 'the' one women's clothing anyway.

First, a step back

That question makes about as much sense as asking, "would you eat one meal every day?" For one thing, what you wear barely matters — the main thing is not walking around freezing. For another, there's no such thing as "the" one women's clothing. Sure, there's a classic idea of what that means, but no single outfit fits the bill.

When people think of typical feminine clothing, dresses, skirts, lingerie, and high heels come to mind first. But there are also more neutral pieces — blouses, trousers, tops, and sweaters. They may not come in the classic colors men usually wear, and the cuts definitely aren't tailored to a male body shape.

But that's not really what the question is about. What people asking really want to know is whether I personally would walk around in skirts, blouses, dresses, and heels every single day — if I could do whatever I wanted.

Feminine clothing, every day

Let me be clear about one thing: I feel incredibly comfortable in dresses. I love dressing sharp in fitted skirts and stylish blouses. I even like the snug feeling of high heels and the ache they cause — just as much as the relief of finally taking them off.

And yes, you can love a little pain. Ask any woman why she puts on those killer heels for a night of dancing. More often than not, she'll describe a feeling you simply don't get any other way.

If you've seen my reels on Instagram, you also know that I love dressing in suits just as much. I feel just as good in suit trousers, blazers, and fine fabrics — and just as good taking them off again.

Still, I can't picture wearing only feminine clothing, every single day. For one, it's not always practical for a male body. And while fine fabrics are wonderful, they have no business on a sports field, at the gym, on the couch, or in bed. Well — in bed, maybe, but that's a different story.

Hot pants, in particular, are downright risky for a man's crown jewels during sports. One wrong move and — well, I don't think I need to spell out the rest.

And besides, it was never really about the clothes themselves — it's about how I feel. I simply want to feel good, well-dressed, put together. I like the look, and I think it suits me. And right now, typing this post, I like glancing down and seeing my blood-red nails.

Some days I feel fantastic and successful, and I want to show it — in a suit, a dress, or a business skirt-suit, depending on the occasion and setting. Other days, I just want to stay in sweats. The world can leave me alone, it's getting on my nerves, and I want to curl up. On those days I want roomy pants and nothing but comfort.

So what's the takeaway?

In case it hasn't come across yet, let me spell it out clearly:

I love the feeling of being well-styled.

And whether that means a full suit or a skirt with a blouse honestly doesn't matter to me. I just want the freedom to choose what I wear. And you already know my thoughts on men in heels, skirts, and dresses.

So, to finally answer the question, "Would you wear women's clothes every day?" — No, I wouldn't. I'd just like to be able to wear whatever I want, every day, without being hindered, judged, or condemned for it. Completely free of anyone questioning my sexuality or coming up with other bizarre theories. And yes, of course the world has bigger problems. But wasn't this the exact question so many people keep asking on social media? 😉
